JIANORA offers Jian Zhan, Tenmoku, ceramic teaware, and related products that may display natural variation from piece to piece.
Due to the nature of ceramic materials, glazing, and firing processes, products may vary in glaze color, pattern, texture, surface character, shape, dimensions, and finish.
These variations contribute to the individual character of each piece and are not necessarily considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, glaze details, proportions, and surface characteristics may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the individual characteristics of each piece.
Where product dimensions or capacity are provided, minor variations may occur unless otherwise stated.
Natural variation does not affect your rights in relation to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
